EDMS is built in Lahore for the principals, accountants, teachers and parents who deal with a school’s paperwork every day.
Why we built it
Running a school means admissions, attendance, fees, exams, timetables and a constant stream of questions from parents. In most schools that work is spread across paper registers, spreadsheets and a handful of apps that do not talk to each other, which makes it slow to do and hard to check.
EDMS puts it in one place. A new admission flows straight into fees, attendance and exams. The principal sees the whole school on one screen, the accounts reconcile by account and by campus, and parents hear from the school before they have to ask.
We build it around how schools here actually work: fee vouchers and consumer numbers, family discounts, Urdu certificates, WhatsApp as the channel parents read, and connections that come and go.
How we work
What we hold ourselves to
- Every screen earns its place
- If a clerk has to scroll sideways to reach the box they type in, the screen is wrong. We design around the task, not the database.
- Money is never approximate
- Fee arithmetic is done in whole paisa and balances are re-checked before a payment is saved. A receipt is either right or refused.
- Parents deserve the truth, on time
- Results appear only once they are announced, absence alerts wait for corrections, and reminders quote the balance they were raised for.
- Your data stays your data
- Strict separation between schools, permissions by role and campus, a full change history and daily backups.
