This Privacy Policy explains how EDMS School Management System (“EDMS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit edms.pk or request a demo. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us or request a demo, we may collect your name, school name, email address, phone number, city and any message you send. We also collect basic, anonymous usage data to improve our website.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and conduct demos, provide quotes, and communicate about EDMS. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Within the EDMS application, school data is encrypted, access-controlled and strictly isolated per school.
5. Sharing
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, our form and email providers), and only as needed to deliver our services.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@edms.pk.
7. Mobile app
